The customer must notify Blooming Boutique by phone or e-mail of the return or exchange within 15 days of purchase (302-296-6360 or support@bloomingboutique.com). A note with the invoice number and details of the return/exchange with the product you are shipping back must be included in the returned package. The cost of shipping the returned product will be covered by the customer returning the product. The product must received back to Blooming Boutique's location within 30 days of purchase.
