Shipping FAQs
What carrier do you use for shipping?
All shipments are made through United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard shipping is First Class Mail. Priority Shipping (2-3 day) is also offered. Depending on location and time of year (holidays may be slower), priority shipping duration which is dictated by USPS may vary. Priority mail orders made before 12pm Monday - Friday will ship that day, otherwise they will ship on the next business day. We do not guarantee package transit times, as these are completely determined by USPS.
What are your shipping costs?
Domestic shipping is free on orders over $125. For all other orders, shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items purchased.
Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?
Yes, we ship to Canada! Standard USPS without tracking (First Class Mail) is offered for Canadian shipments with price based on weight. Shipping for orders to Canada on orders over $500 is free.
Do you charge sales tax?
Accordance with online sales guidelines we charge sales tax in compliance with the location of the person purchasing.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit or exchange on all products. To start the exchange process, Blooming Boutique must be notified via the online returns and exchange portal (redo) within 15 days of purchase. All returned products must be sent back to Blooming Boutique within 30 days of purchase and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to get returns back to Blooming Boutique unless they purchased redo. If you purchased redo ($1.98 charge on your order), then all shipping labels will be covered for free. All purchases of sale items are final. See our full return policy for more details.
During the Holiday season, the time frame for exchanges is extended to January 9th.
What are your business hours?
Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm. If we miss your phone call, a real human will call you back as soon as possible.
How do I contact you if I have a problem with my order?
You can e-mail us at any time at support@bloomingboutique.com or by phone at 302-296-6360. We strive to respond to you within 24 hours Monday-Friday. Inquiries made on the weekend will be responded to on the next business day or as quickly as we can.
How quickly do you ship orders?
We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of your order being place and often we ship same day.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive a USPS tracking number once your package has shipped. For International shipments, the customs number will be provided which will track the package until it leaves the United States.
