Exchanges and Returns (if applicable)
Blooming Boutique will gladly accept your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, and defective clothing merchandise by mail. You must submit a claim through the returns/exchange portal within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange. A return shipping label will be provided through the portal. If you paid the $1.98 protection at checkout this label will be free. If you did not, then you will be given the option to pay for the label through the portal.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our standard policy is to offer store credit in the amount of the item(s) purchased. This store credit never expires.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. *All purchases on products that are discounted to 40% or greater are considered final sale, thank you!*
Promotions
