We love to offer promotions!  However, discounts cannot be stacked.  If a discount is automatically offered on your purchase, you cannot combine discount codes.  For any questions, please e-mail us at info@bloomingboutique.com.

Clothing /Shoe Exchanges

Blooming Boutique will accept your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, and defective clothing merchandise by mail. The customer must notify Blooming Boutique by phone or e-mail of the return or exchange within 15 days of purchase (302-296-6360 or info@bloomingboutique.com).  A note with the invoice number and details of the return/exchange with the product you are shipping back must be included in the returned package.  The cost of shipping the returned product will be covered by the customer returning the product. The product must received back to Blooming Boutique's location within 30 days of purchase.  

Final sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.

Jewelry Exchanges

Unworn or defective Jewelry may be exchanged only to Blooming Boutique by mail.  The customer must notify Blooming Boutique by phone or e-mail of the exchange within 15 days of purchase (302-296-6360 or info@bloomingboutique.com). A note with the invoice number and details of the exchange with the product you are shipping back must be included in the returned package.  The cost of shipping the returned product will be covered by the customer exchanging the product. The returned product must be at Blooming Boutique's location within 30 days of purchase.  We strive to process any exchange within 1 week of receiving the returned merchandise.
