Role and Responsibilities
Our Customer Service Sales Specialists are our store ambassadors and must treat all customers with respect; offering superior product knowledge and customer service while meeting daily sales goals. Responsibilities include:
- Assist customers with choices by locating items and providing information about products.
- Recommend merchandise based on customer needs.
- Obtain and maintain product knowledge including care, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
- Restock and price merchandise as necessary.
- Monitor store security.
- Reconcile daily transactions and complete opening and closing checklist.
- Keep store clean and jewelry polished.
Sales Associates must have:
- Prior retail sales or customer services experience – preferably with jewelry.
- Solid decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills
Sales Associates must be able to:
- Present a polished, stylish, accessorized appearance. Sales Associate’s dress must reflect store image and include store products.
- Maintain a positive attitude when handling difficult situations.
- Stand for long periods of time
- Accurately process financial transactions
- Work weekends and occasional overtime or irregular hours.
- Lift 25 pounds
