The 'Daiquiri' refers to a family of cocktails with main ingredients of rum, citrus juice, and sugar.
Named after the Daiquiri mines in Cuba, the drink was invented in the late 1800's. Tasting of beaches and warm weather, the Daiquiri is a perfect summer cocktail.
